* Students include Master and PhD students, which are enrolled
at a university and hold a regular student identification card, Postdocs
are not concidered students. All students must present a valid student
identification card at the registration desk. The registration fee for regular participants and students includes conference participation, the final program, a pass for Berlin's public transportation system, the welcome reception, all coffee breaks, the conference dinner, and a conference bag with the ICMFS 2009 Digest. The registration fee for accompanying persons includes the conference dinner only. If you register on-site, we cannot guarantee that you are able to participate in the conference dinner. If your abstract has been accepted for ICMFS 2009, at least one author must register and pay the complete conference fee before June 1, 2009. Abstracts for which no payment from any of the co-authors has been received until the deadline will be removed from the program and not printed in the abstract book program. Payment All amounts are payable in euros. The participant must pay all bank charges. Please state the name of the participant on every bank transfer form. For combined payment orders, please enclose a list of names. We accept the following credit cards: Eurcard/Mastercard, Visa. After receipt of payment of the registration fees, you will receive a written confirmation from CTW. Bank or credit card payments can only be accepted until July 10, 2009 (date of receipt). For cancellations before May 1, 2009, the participation fee will be refunded in full less a handling fee of EUR 50.00. For cancellations between May 1, 2009 and July 1, 2009, 50 % of the registration fee shall be refunded.
