Presentation Details

Oral Presentations

The conference language is English. The duration of an oral presentation is limited to 12 minutes plus 3 minutes for discussion. Invited presentations consist of 25 minutes talk plus 5 minutes for discussion.

Authors are expected to bring their presentation in pps format on a USB stick. The lecture hall is equipped with an LCD projector and a computer. The presentations should be uploaded and tested during the break before the sessions.

Since we want to encourage presentations and discussions of most recent and unpublished results, please refrain from audio or video recording of presentations, including photography.

Poster Presentations

The board size for poster presentations is 118 x 146 cm² (width x height), which fits an A0-size poster in portrait or landscape orientation.

The poster exhibition will take place in the lobby of the conference building. The material for poster mounting will be supplied. No other material should be used.

There are four poster sessions which will take place on Monday July 20th through Thursday July 23rd from 3 to 6 p.m. Posters should be mounted in the morning of the day of the poster session for which they are scheduled. Poster boards are labeled with numbers that correspond to the code assigned to the abstracts. Authors should be present at their poster during the time of the poster session to explain their work and to answer questions. Posters should be removed before 7 p.m. on the same day. Posters that are not removed by the authors will be disposed of by the organizers.
